How long is each cleanse?
The Starter Cleanse is typically 3–5 days.
The Deep Cleanse lasts 5–7 days.
The Luxury Cleanse spans 7–10 days, including prep and integration.
What’s included in each kit?
Each kit includes ingredients for Ayurvedic meals (like kitchari), custom herbs, self-care tools (nasya, abhyanga oils), a printed or digital cleanse guide, and daily routine suggestions.
Do I need to know my dosha first?
No! Every cleanse begins with a personalized intake or consult (if applicable), so we tailor it to your unique constitution and current imbalances.
Can I cleanse if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend cleansing during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please consult your healthcare provider.
Can I do the cleanse while working?
Yes — the Starter and Deep cleanses are designed to be integrated into daily life. The Luxury Cleanse may require more rest time and reflection.

What’s included in a retreat?
Retreat packages typically include lodging, Ayurvedic meals, yoga + meditation, wellness workshops, bodywork, and time for nature or rest. Travel costs are not included unless stated otherwise.
How do I sign up?

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many participants join solo, and we create a welcoming, supportive group dynamic.
Are retreats open to beginners?
Yes. No prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga is required — just an open heart and willingness to engage.

What happens during a consult?
We assess your constitution (prakruti), current imbalances (vikruti), digestive patterns, lifestyle, emotional state, and develop a custom plan using Ayurvedic diet, herbs, and daily rhythms.
How do I schedule?

Do I need a consult before ordering a kit?
Only the Deep and Luxury kits require a consultation. The Starter cleanse is self-guided with a digital intake form included.
Are consultations done virtually?
Yes — we offer all consultations via secure video platform. In-person options may be available in the Raleigh, NC area.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Can I return my cleanse kit?
Due to the nature of our personalized wellness products, cleanse kits are non-refundable once shipped.
